With customer satisfaction as our aim, we have set up a system of mechanisms that guarantee the optimization of our supply chain.

	Using E.D.I. (Electronic Data Interchange), we take an interest in the circulation of information both within the Company and with our customers.
	This concept, developed as E.C.R. (Efficiency and Responsiveness to serve the Consumer) is based on notions of delivery flows, incorporating procurement and production.
	Other tools, such as S.P.M. (Shared Procurement Management) help to improve our provision for unforeseen contingencies.
	In this sector, we also work to the E.A.N. 128 code and are implementing the Trace One system.
	The objective, through collaboration with our customers, is to improve overall efficiency of the supply chain while optimizing costs.
	Internally, this analysis has enabled us to review our entire system of circulation of information via a company project entitle I.D.I. (Information Data Integration).
